Lyndi

Two is such a wonderful age…… when laughter is contagious, when smiles light up your whole face and every outing is a new adventure. Lyndi is such a beautiful child, and her personality is perfectly sweet. I loved the time we spent together on such a beautiful afternoon.
Yes… two is definately a wonderful age.

A brother, a best friend…..
Posted on December 4, 2009
Having a brother must be the best thing in the world, really. These two guys have a connection that I think only brothers have ~ it is so cool. They just have a way of taking care of each other. Actually, the whole family is pretty awesome. I had a blast with them this year and I think we caught some great images during out time together. Enjoy!

Maddie & Logan
Posted on December 4, 2009
My dear daughter thinks Maddie is the coolest ‘big girl’ ever….. and, she is. We LOVE when Maddie visits the neighborhood and gets to come and play. Little man Logan is turning 2 this week and is finally getting big enough to join in the fun, too. We were able to meet up last weekend to get some fall snaps of the kids ~ and it was a blast! They were so good and Mom did a fantastic job with their wardrobes, so we had was success all around. I love it when that happens!

I’ll always remember Brittany as a bald little toddler in a bubble suit wearing a HUGE bow on her headband. She was beautiful! I guess some things never change, huh? I loved our session this weekend - the light, the locations, and good times with two fantastic girls. (We’re still ‘girls,’ aren’t we Tisha?) I am seriously in awe of Brittany’s accomplishments - I am so looking foward to hearing of your continued success in college. Enjoy your senior year - you have SO much to celebrate!

Its is hard to believe that it is the middle of November - we had warm weather and ’sunny smiles’ yesterday afternoon. I’ve enjoyed peeking thru the images from our session… we caught so much fun and laughter. I remember when these kids were not much more than toddlers and I love seeing them grow into their personalities a little more each year. Can’t wait for you to see the rest of the images, Melisa! (And, yes, I have them ALL this year - we have family shots - woo hoo! )

We had amazing weather for a November morning and these girls sure knew how to make it work. I love photographing Peyton and Ally - they have personalities so different and yet both so delighful. They managed to keep a smile on my face the entire session! This year, they brought along a ‘little man’ that they had borrowed from a family member for the weeked. I am sure he had a blast hanging out with them… who wouldn’t?

Erica and the Guitar Man
Posted on October 25, 2009
OK, so he’s actually her brother. They were both such a treat for me this afternoon…. Evan played his grandfather’s guitar while I snapped photos. Erica ‘got’ me and was quick to re-position her bro’ when my instructions just didn’t make sense. And we couldn’t finish the day without catching a few snaps with mom. You guys are beautiful - thanks for reminding me why I love doing this.

She smiles!

I met up with the K family on a perfect afternoon at one of my favorite downtown spots. Seth and Maddie are close in age to one of my own little munchkins, so I was looking foward to getting to know them… and they did not disappoint! They were so well behaved and were so much fun to hang out with. Everyone was so patient with me as I walked them all over the park trying to capture ‘the perfect smile.’ I think we finally found it, too.

I can’t believe how much this little guy has changed since last year… he has the sweetest personality and the biggest blue eyes you will ever see. His excitement is just contagious! I had a blast playing on the railroad track with him… makes me miss the days when my own guys were that young. Two is such a fun age.
